Rubber Base Coats

Rubber Base Coat is flexible and bends together with the nail. It is designed to give extra strength to flaky, brittle, thin or splitting nails. Use a Rubber Base Coat instead of glue. The viscosity is thick and can be use in replacement of glue when applying nail tips. It also acts as a base coat and colour.
